Having taken on the role of looking after two elderly friends, following the gentleman’s severe stroke 3 years ago, my wife and I have had to take various decisions on their behalf to secure long term care.
Unfortunately the lady became terminally ill late in 2011 and passed away in April 2012.
We have been involved since the start in 2011 after the girls were made redundant from the social services scheme.
They readily took on the care, initially for Clive but then for Doreen who called the girls ‘Her Angels’. Their approach to caring and friendly service to the clients is above any standard we had previously met. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for carers that really care.
Joan & John Douse.
My mum who has alzheimers has been supported by the girls for the past four months, they are conscientious, caring and dedicated to her well being. I recommend them whole heartedly. A Coletta.
Dear Tina, Thank you for all the special loving care you gave dear aunty Barbara. She really did love you and treasured all the time you spent with her. We all very much appreciated your care.
Chris & Linda.
The carers I have are very good. They do not rush me. They are very obliging & kind. They help me quite a lot by putting me to bed and getting me up in the morning, also getting my lunch. We have lots of laughter, you could not wish for better girls. Dorothy Joy Green.
Since the carers has taken over my mothers care we have seen 200% improvement in her well being. She is now happier, more confident and full of spirit despite her ill health. H.S.P.C. Exceed our expectations. Susan Sheikh.
I have been using the carers since last Oct when my dear friend came out of hospital after a stroke.
Since then he has made a full recovery due to the wonderful care he has received. The girls are professional, caring and kind. They have enhanced his quality of life. I am so grateful as when I am away I know he is in very safe hands. I cannot praise them enough.

Dear Tina, I will never be able to thank you enough for the wonderful care to mum and for all you did for me. You were always so professional but with such kindness and love, no matter how much pressure you were under you remained cheerful, how do you do it ?. you quickly became one of the family and I’m going to miss you so very much. Mum so appreciated what you did for her over the past five years and we could not imagine anyone better to look after her. I am so grateful for your support for me. Brian and Colin join me in sending you much love and hugs, thanks Jan xxx.
Dear all at HSPC Home care Sending you our heartfelt thanks for all the help you’ve given mum over the past years. We know you gave her a lot of comfort and she always spoke very fondly of ‘her girls’. She recommended you to so many others saying how very lucky she was to have found you. Once again sincere thanks for all your help, it was a great comfort to us knowing you were able to step in at any time when mum was in need especially towards the end. Love Bina, Rita.
What we love about the care is that all our carers that visit our mum are happy, hard working and considerate. They interact with her as if she was their own mum.
We as clients have found the support of the carers outstanding, and very professional Our regular carer Vanessa is a dedicated lady who we can see loves her job. She’s so good with our grandson, she’s flexible to the hours we need. She is not just a care worker but part of the family.
